ok so it looks like almost everyone is caught up now on the big reveal at the end of Origins and Omens in Adventure Comics #0. If not don't scroll down. :-)
So here's the process work that went into the last page. Pencils with a .05 mechanical pencil with HB lead. Inks with #2 and #3 brush. and some .03 tech pen action here and there. Washes were done with ink and water colour.
Really astonishing piece of work, thanks for sharing.
If you don't mind me asking, though, how long does it take you to do something like this? You're pencilling, inking AND doing inkwashes? You'd have to be insane to be able to pull this off monthly!
I'm a comic book artist currently working on The Flash for DC Comics. I'm also one of the TV presenters on History Televisions "Beast Legends". My past work include books such as Adventure Comics, Superman/Batman, The Legion of Super-Heroes, Tomb Raider, Witchblade and many more!

Even though I got you to explain most of your process to me at the recent TO show it's always nice to have the reference right handy like this.
Thanks for sharing, Francis!
no problem mike!
Just excellent stuff throughout this blog.
